After you have submitted all of the required information, the verification process may take between 3-7 business days. We strive to complete all account verification requests as soon as possible.
The above timeframe is contingent on all submitted documents meeting the necessary criteria.
Please ensure that you supply the correct documentation to avoid any delays in your account verification process.
The following documents are required to verify your account:
Valid ID
Selfie (take a photo of yourself)
Proof of address - not older than (3) months
Bank statement - not older than (3) months
Make certain that your documentation is:
Indisputable and Legible
Within the acceptable period
You won't be able to redeem prizes until your account has been verified.
Once we have received all of the required documentation from you, the verification process will begin; you will be notified of the status of your account upon successful completion of the process.
