What is a Virtual Visa Card?

A Virtual Visa Card is a digital payment card that is sent to you via email by our 3rd party Payout.com. It functions just like a physical credit card and can be used for online purchases wherever Visa is accepted.


What redemption options are available? 

If you have reached a redeemable balance on your account, you may redeem your prize either to the bank account on file or to a Visa Virtual Card. 

How do I redeem my prize to a Visa Virtual Card? 

To redeem your prize, click the Redeem button in your account and select your preferred redemption method. You may redeem your prize either to the bank account on file or to a Visa Virtual Card. 

After submitting your redeem request via Visa Virtual Card, you will receive an email from Payout.com requesting phone number verification. Once your phone number is successfully verified, you will receive a follow-up email containing your Visa Virtual Card details. 

I didn’t receive an email from Payout.com. What should I do? 

If you didn’t receive an email from Payout.com or have questions regarding your Visa Virtual Card, please contact support@payout.com directly for assistance. 

I didn’t receive any SMS on my phone. What should I do? 

If you haven’t received an SMS, please contact our support team support@fortunecoins.com to ensure your phone number is up to date. 
If the phone number on file is correct, please reach out directly to support@payout.com for assistance. 

How long does it take to receive a Visa Virtual Card? 

Redemption requests are typically approved within 3-5 business days. Once approved, your Visa Virtual Card is usually delivered by email within a few minutes.
